Ready to Place Your Order?

When you're ready to checkout, click the shopping basket icon at the top right. From here, you can review your selections and adjust quantities if needed. Once everything looks perfect, click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your details on our streamlined checkout page.

Important: After completing your order, modifications won’t be possible as we process it immediately to ensure speedy delivery. If there’s an error, contact our customer service team at support@juliettelondon.com as soon as possible.

Track Your Order

Every order comes with Track & Trace. Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery. Keep in mind that tracking information may take some time to update.


Delivery Times

We’re committed to delivering your items quickly and securely. Orders placed before 3 pm on working days are typically processed the same day. Many items ship directly from our suppliers, with delivery times averaging 8–12 working days.


Missed Delivery?

If a delivery attempt fails, your package will be held at the courier’s distribution center for up to 7 days. The driver will leave a notification with collection details. If you don’t receive this, please contact the courier or email us at support@juliettelondon.com for assistance.


Incorrect Address

Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. While we do our best to help, changes may not be possible after the order is processed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. If your Track & Trace indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please report this within 14 days. The courier will conduct an investigation, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
